Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout on selected pin codes)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

Packaging

Every Akira Jewels order is carefully packed in our signature luxury packaging — designed to protect your jewellery and make unboxing a beautiful experience.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India. For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days.
